I tend to still have this issue until today where I can’t create parents for when it’s multiple sim siblings .. I’ve tried and it changes the relationship status as well .. it does however all you to do it for a single child sim then if you want to add a sibling / child .. you can use the parents genetics but I was to create grandparents for existing multi sibling sims
