Cannot travel to getaway

None of my sims can travel to a getaway. They get a phone call from someone suggesting they intend a fitness retreat, I follow the prompts, set the event, takes my sim back to their home lot three times and it plays the travel end music each time.

  • Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

  • This is happening to me too. I plan a fitness retreat, they travel and the screen goes black and then blue and then loads their home lot (very very slowly) and the retreat never happens.

    There's both of the last exceptions. I am using mods, but they've been checked and updated
