New Spectator

Can't access saved households or builds in my library

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just doing something wrong, but I can't access anything I save to my library. I've tried to save three households and houses in this one save file and they're just not there. This is a serious issue now because my game crashed AFTER I uploaded the last batch of sims to my library, but before I was able to save them in their house. I've looked everywhere I could through the gallery/library menu to find them, closed and reopened the game and repeated, but they're just gone. I'm so close to just giving up, but I also really do not want to restart.

are you using custom content ? If so, have you made sure to tick the include CC checkbox ?

Are new files created in this folder: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray if you upload them ?

Are you getting any error messages ?

Yes, no oops, yes, and no. Also when I tried uploading a household to the gallery that I had already allegedly put in my library, the game was telling me that it was already in the library, so I know something is happening. I worried this might be a me issue and I'm just not looking in the right place. But at the same time, I have no idea where else to look lol.

This is for your local library and not the gallery, right ? Did you check that folder ?
