Thanks! I loaded up the Lot in my game in a new save, it was empty because that is the default setting for this Lot in a new game. I bulldozed it anyway and no error message. Did you previously build on it in your game or download a Lot from the gallery and place it? Either way, can you upload the Lot in its current state to the gallery so I can download and test in my game?
Thank you for testing. It was an empty lot that I built on but decided I wanted to redo from scratch. I could probably move my household then move them back and see if that resets the lot. I can upload before I move out of the lot. I will wait to move my household until you've confirmed you have downloaded it.
