Thanks! I loaded the Lot and also saw the same error message when trying to bulldoze the terrain. It is the rug causing the issue:
I couldn't delete it. I grabbed it and moved it further into the lot but still couldn't remove it;
I left it placed further into the lot then exited to the Nordhaven map. I re-entered the Lot and the rug had disappeared and I was finally able to bulldoze the Lot. Give that a go and you should be fine.
Is the rug a debug item?
Wow. Thank you for digging into this with me! I did not even see a baby rug at all. I will go back and see if I see the same thing/missed it. No, not a debug item that I am aware of, I didn't do any special things associated with the baby rug item.
I had one SIM pick up the baby, the baby rug went away and then I bulldozed terrain with no errors. That did the trick. I have never seen an issue like this before, and I have been playing SIMS for over 10 years. The SIMS themselves are usually not impacted by rebuilding a property. I am glad this was fixable, and I REALLY appreciate your help! I would not have thought to do that check.
