Can't end custom wedding event [My Wedding Stories]

When creating a custom wedding event, once the event starts it won't end and I can't end it. There is no option to end it (see screenshot).

First time: active Sim on lot where wedding was going to take place, created event via phone. Second time: both sims on home lot, created event via phone. Third time: same as second but with mods removed.

Mods: Have 1 mod but have uninstalled it and have same issue
