After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have this issue too! I cannot place items even on walls. Something I have to save or switch back and forth from build to live mode just to move something or place an item where I want it to be. This issue occurs with sooo many items and is super frequent. I have never had this issue until i bought the business game and now my sims has sooo many glitches. Super annoying!
