After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

I have NO mods in my game at all. They were deleted, local thumb cache file deleted and game repaired. **
In build mode I can't undo anything as it won't undo anything meaning if I build a room and say I bult it wrong it won't undo the action but will keep the build I want to undo there, if that makes any sense. Also I am having issues with objects not wanting to place either. I click on an object but it won't let me place it and it will just still be tied with the cursor and "let go". I have lots I've added in Newcrest but most of the lots are by lilsimsie and usually never effects my games. Is my save corrupted or I just have to constantly try repairing my game over and over? I am getting frustrated. :(
