Can't make Dualistic Dragons flower arrangement

Game will not recognize command for crafting the dualistic dragons flower arrangement. Allows all other arrangements to be made.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What exactly happens ? Routing failure ? Just dropping from queue ?
