When I open the game, everything's fine, like always, taping "Willow Creek" - my house - loading... and its back to the menu of city's! I can't play like this, ElectronicArts, please, help my family to not wait for me (Sorry, I can't drop a file because its not allowed)

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- If you're getting a lastException, please open the file in a text editor and copy/paste the content to your post. If it's another file you try to upload, please specify.
