Can't purchase skill books from bookshelf

do you have this for every bookshelf/Sim/Save ?

crinrict​  yes except when reading in the library i can read the skill books

You seem to be missing some other categories too although I'm unsure if certain ones are from packs

Do you have the same issue on a new save ?

Yes it happens on a new save as well the others may be part of packs

None of that worked I thought I had fixed it after I  reinstalled secret sanctuary but the bug came back 

I also have the exact same problem, only the books I had prior to this bug show up underneath the skill tab and if I didn't have any then none would show at all. I have troubleshot it by removing mods, checking every save, checking it in a new save (although then the option to buy didn't appear at all) and even the Clean User Folder Approach, but nothing! There was one point, when checking to see if it was mods, that they showed up again but it didn't stay like that. Lastly, I tried uninstalling it on steam and reinstalling it in the EA launcher but that didn't solve anything either. Is this just a new bug??

There was someone else reporting that they could only buy books they already owned

Is that the case for you too or just the skill books A7xchick1991​
