Can't save to my library

I haven't played in a month and I updated recently hoping to create a new household and build so when the game updates on the 12, I'll be able to just jump right into playing after sorting out my mods. I started with CAS first and I have the perfect sim that I wanted to add into the family I was making. When I went into the gallery though (specifically my library, where it would be) I was only seeing items from 2023 latest. I don't even have those save files anymore. I decided to just make a new sim and figure it out later, so I made my family and saved them to the gallery so can have them when I need them. This was two days ago.

Today I went back to see if it was just a glitch, and to try and upload a household from one of my save files. It wasn't just a glitch and I cannot save to my library. I tried saving the household that should already be there to my library. I keep getting the notif that I've saved to my library, but when I check it isn't there(neither is the family I made last time). I ended up uploading to the gallery where I can find the household under my catalog, but it still doesn't show in my library. 

TL;DR: I can't find any of my library items after 2023 and when I try to save new households to my library it says I did but wont show them in library.
