Can't upload photos taken in game to the gallery.

I know that photos turning black in game isn't new. My normal solution for that is to save them to the gallery and place them back on the lot, but I can't save them to the gallery anymore. I realize that custom photos are hard on the server, and it is normal for lots/rooms with too many custom photos to be too much for the gallery to handle, but it doesn't even work for just one photo. Also, photos taken in game after the update don't turn black anymore when placed on the lot, but the photos taken before update do, at least when they are in the digital photo frame. The ones on the walls don't as long as I don't put them in my inventory. I think the gallery is broken concerning custom photos since the last August update.
