can't use bust the dust kit and storybook nursery kit

Hi, i have and issue with two kits bought from the sims 4 marketplace (FROM THE GAME FOR MOOLA) and that's when my horror movie starts and EA help can't help me. I tried: 

• fixing game
• uninstall and install kits 
• turning kits off and on 

honestly all of the options ea help suggest me to do but i still have a problem also i looked in ea app and one of the kits i bought (the new one with instruments) is in my ea app and in purchase history (?) but these two i named in title are not either in ea app and purchased history. I am getting really mad because i wased money and i have nothing in game and my patience is very low by now and im thinking about buying these again but through ea app which isnt fair bc i wased money once. Im BEGGING for help. 

It's the same problem as other people - i can pace the object (for example vacuume) but can't use it. Also im posting two screenshots - one from the sims 4 where i have kits bought and one from ea app where i dont have them in my library and hoping for solving the problem.
