Can't Walk Through Doors

Umm.....I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue, but my Sims can no longer walk through doors. I have no mods or custom content. I have tried repairing the game, starting a new game, and looking at old save files, but the problem persists. What else can I do?

Does your Sim have a neighbor tag (there's a bug with that)

If not: Is your Sim pregnant or rather large ?

No, they don't have the tag. My Sims are not pregnant or large. All doors were working fine, and then suddenly they would not walk through them.
