Cart button flashing

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
•  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Do you have the issue only in CAS or also in Live mode ?

Oh, my bad. 

Nope total vanilla. 

That's PC. 

And no, it don't blink in live mode anymore. ( Finally, absolute relief!!!!!) Only after starting CAS. From in game interactions like "plan clothing" or "new game" from the main menu. 

Seriously, an option to disable the cart button would be awesome.

(I never get any offers as I own all so I don't really know what happens)

Yes, there is that pop up ( at least sometimes ) Like “have you seen that pack ?”  The real annoying pat is that you are forced to interact to dismiss. 

Well, no, i’m not interested, and I won’t be until the cart button is gone. I’ve mostly stoped playing because of this, so that makes buying DLC kind of useless. 

There are pop up when starting the game, on the EA app. isn’t that enough ??

Done. Crossing my fingers it'll be the end of the shopping cart and I can finally play again.
