It’s DEFINITELY a bug. It’s happening to me and I haven’t used any mods in ages. I started a new save after I downloaded the new Businesses and Hobbies pack and looked at the new world and items, and to my surprise upon entering CAS to look at the new items, after clicking accessories for infants… the baby T-poses.
The infant t-posed for a second, but it doesn't always happen for me. The weird camera angle does happen 100% though.
