whenever i try to get into cas it is just stuck at the loading screen, i saw someone else say it was happening to them and they removed the multiple columns mods and it worked after, i removed the mod, repaired the game and retared it multiple times and its still not working and just on the loading screen, is there anything else i can do to try to fix it?

I had this problem, so I tried to start the game without any mods or cc but now the game is not even starting up anymore 😭
I spend a lot of time trying to fix this game more than I play it. I can’t play without mods. 😭
One mod I had to take out to make CAS load for me was the More Traits Mod in CAS. I've heard some people say that removing trait mods won't help for CAS but it worked for me. My CAS wouldn't load at all and wouldn't even show a loading screen (just blank white) even though I had no columns mods installed prior to removing the additional traits and More Traits in CAS mods.
yeah, this is happening to me too. i haven't updated to the newest version (from a couple of hours ago iirc) so i'm not sure that fixed anything, but i've deleted a lot of CC from my folder including eyelashes, more traits, zerbu's mods, and other ones that were mentioned in this forum- yet, my CAS won't open in game when i right click + edit in CAS. it's very annoying and as someone who has A LOT of cc I've come to terms that i'll have to either wait for an update or sift through all of my cc files in a painstakingly annoying and long process.
my guess is that it's something supposedly innocuous like an accessory, clothing, or hair. i'm going to clear out all of my scripted mods again, and potentially post an update to see if it's one of those mods that is messing up my game.
I'll try that! Were you having issues with your Sims being randomly mean to each other as well? If so, did those changes fix that issue as well?

I have spent the last two days navigating this game, I think I downloaded three more updates from EA, the last one broke everything again, infinite loading of CAS, having to force restart my computer, if you hit Resume, oh, forget it, you will have to force restart again. After they fix the bug things started to work, but then the new updates messed up everything again. I am really getting tired of this. Any news on this new mess?
Does anyone knows how to fix this issue? I’ve been trying to figure it out for the last 3 days. CAS isn’t working since the latest update. I already restarted my game, updated my cc and mods folder but it won’t work when I open CAS, it just stays on the loading screen.
I didn't notice such issue with my Sims, but my Sims till now interact normal with each other. I did have such issues before the Update, so perhaps it did fix that Problem.
I've removed the More Columns in CAS and all of the "more" anythings...still bugged.
