Hello! I would like to try to help! I was having this issue on 7/23 and managed to solve the problem...I have 2 questions, 1. What system are you playing the sims on and 2. do you have any mods installed?
also, is it an infinite loading screen that you are experiencing when loading into CAS?
when i try to load a game, its an infinite loading screen, but when i try to enter cas/make a new houshold, it is that infinite white screen,
I had the same issue with the white screen, whichever columns mod you’re using needs an update, fixed it for me!
I'm having the same issue with this. I tried repairing. As it turns out, it's the mods. Everything you have has to be turned off unless you update them.
