Reaper's Rewards: Wait for Newsletter Task Not Completing
I'll start with I play on PC and I don't use any mods. I started a new character for the event, a single female living in Willow Creek. I was able to do the event through the planting of the flowers and it told me I needed to 'wait for the Ambrosia Society Newsletter'. It either never came or disappeared when I got the mail the next time it arrived. It isn't in my sim's inventory, and it isn't marked off as completed. I looked at some other players' experiences and some said you could 'reorder' it from the mailbox, but that option isn't offered, nor is expediting my mail delivery. I also tried going to another lot and clicking their mailbox, using another sim save I had and seeing if it'd happen there, and starting a whole new game. I also 'repaired' my game. Again, I have no mods to uninstall or remove. And, also interestingly, before this, when I clicked the Grim icon on the upper left, it opened up a quest window with steps, both completed and needed to complete, same as with any other quests (like tutorial ones). Now, all I have is this- Any help, including how to restart the quest line (I would assume rewards that are received wouldn't be repeated) would be very appreciated. Game loads for between 1-5 minutes before crashing out
Every time I've opened the app yesterday and today it'll load for anywhere between 1 or 5 minutes before completely crashing. Sometimes I don't even get to load the household before it crashes, just enter the save. This is happening in both new saves and my old ones, I tried repairing my game and it didn't fix it. I'd love to be able to play new content without it being completely broken, thanks EA I've got all the Expansion, Game and Stuff packs and Half the kits
Sims are bright
I don't know what happened but my sims suddenly started becoming really bright once entering the living room/kitchen area. My mods work fine and it seems that the problem only happens in the living room and kitchen area of the house, everywhere else they look normal. I don't have big windows in that area either so it isn't the outside light. I tried turning off the lights, changing graphics settings, repairing the game on origin account, and entering a testing cheat but nothing seems to help. I tried to find some way to contact the EA but for some reason I can't find any direct contact link or an email. EA forums is the only option they provide me with. I don't know how to fix this :(
Bug during my game
My user name on sims 4 are AliiceKiingsley. That 2 days I have this Bug : When I try to got see the the character trait of my familly, when I play with them, I cannot go in other panel of my sims anymore, or even go the world and neither quit with save my partie. I try to repaire the game several time, without the mods, I shutdown my computer but it's still the same
