Cats and Dogs is broken since 2-25-25 update

Vets and customers do not spawn on vet clinics since business and hobbies update 5 days ago.  Worked fine before so this is an update problem Every one of my households have cats so this is a major game break for me as I can't get them well when they get sick or spayed. (Buying a vet business didn't work either for spawning vets.)  No mods or cc.  Tried on new save.  This is specific to the update as it worked great before so it's brand new issue.  Please fix!
