Pretty much what it says on the title. I was giving my daughter a 'just turned into child' makeover and I tried to put both a pair of fingernails on and the sweater (the swatch with the llama and the christmas lights if that ends up mattering) and it distorted the nails.
I will be honest: I have been lazy and NOT tested in a mod-free game. But I did test with game nails and it was the same result. Took screenshots, adding below.
