[CD] Can’t Adopt Pets

I’ve tried in multiple households but I’m unable to adopt any cats or dogs via phone. I’ll admit I haven’t tried via the computer yet, but at least via phone, nothing happens when I go to adopt a pet. The Sim doesn’t even recognize the action, like the prompt just doesn’t even show up for them.
