[CD] Cleaning up toys doesn't work for the animal toy baskets

To be sure, does it just not work in the C&D one or generally not ?

Sorry, yes it only doesn't work on the animal boxes. I can clean up kids toys with no problems. 

Bit unsure which item you mean. Could you post a pic ?

Yes, this box and the other ones like it have never worked for me. I can drag toys into and out of it, and so can the pets, but my sims can't.

How do they not work ? Do you not have the option ? Do they reset or do you get a routing issue ?

The option is there and the action will go into my sim's queue, but once the sim gets to the toy they either say they can't reach it, the action dissappears from the queue or my sim picks up the ball, takes it to the toy bin and then does the reset in place thing sims do sometimes (like they often do with dishes or laundry and the item they were holding goes on the floor). 

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post. 

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
