[CD] Dogs never get clean when bathing

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Does it happen with any tub/dog or just specific ones ?
• Do you have this issue with a specific household only or generally ?
