I was recently playing with the Lynx household, and Doc (an elder male cat) got pregnant. He mated on his own (which is another bug I am reporting right after this one). He did give birth and there is an assigned father. He also has fathered previous litters to female cat mothers.
I do use MC Command Center and other mods, but all are up to date and appear to be working.
