Events like Flea Market and/or Spice Festival are not working. Sim(s) arrive to the event location and the event timer works but there are no vendors, stalls, decorations or anything for that matter at the location. It's just an empty location. I have deleted cache, saved, reloaded, and restarted my own computer. I have no modes installed/running. I had no issues before the new update on September 18. Any solutions out there?

I don't know if this helps but my sims live in the building right next to the spice festival, maybe it's somehow related?
Hi. Idk about the og comment but personally I have the same problem and I have a small bar business next to the place where the festival (is supposed) to be. It is the reason of my problem ? Should I get rid of the small business ?
Yes, businesses keep festivals from spawning.

18 Aug 2026 PC, never mods, limited CC removed before May update
I am not receiving festival notifications for San Myshuno. Checked my settings. All are selected.
Then, this happens.
Sim living in an apartment in Art District. Goes to order food from the stall that's always next to the basketball court. No festival stalls or decoration BUT, all this furniture is there as if there is a festival. Sim successfully purchased a lamp.

No played Sims have businesses nearby. Flea Market furniture merged with the regular park setup. Photo taken on 19 Sept. The food stall tried to open and a NPC vendor showed up but would not go inside as normal. I think the route was blocked by misplaced furniture.
