[CL] Social Media Career: Can't progress if painting skill higher than required

My Sim won't get a promotion in the Social Media Career because the Jobs panel says that her Painting Skill isn't high enough even though it is. The requirement is Painting Level 5, but on the Skills panel, it is Level 7.  She has been stuck at the same level for 2 in-game weeks, closing the game doesn't fix the error and resetting/debugging the Sim doesn't fix it either.
