I am also having this bug and it's extremely upsetting considering how much time and money I have invested into this game. I hope they fix it soon. I won't be playing again until it's fixed because that's how annoyed I am.
Unfortunately it's gonna be a long wait, as some of us have had this issue since the pack was released 😭 There are still bug reports in the forums from 4 years ago.
