I am having the same issue. At the beginning I started with a llama and a cow in their barns. The llama was taken by the Grim reaper from old age so when I went to purchase another llama it was no where to be found. I did this three times and then I found them in my build inventory. I cannot get them out of there. I am getting numerous notifications of neglect as well. I have tried deleting the shed for a new one, nothing is working. I have no mods or cc. Nothing to do with the fair, all issues on my home lot.
