Console crashing during gaming and saving

Since the penultimate update, the console keeps crashing during gameplay, especially when saving. I’ve tried different save files to check whether one was corrupted, but it crashes with all of them.
I’m playing on PS5, and of course I don’t have any mods or custom content. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists.
It’s really frustrating to have spent hundreds of euros on a game I can’t even use!
