Console Gallery Freeze

I stopped using Sims for a few months because the console is slow and it crashes all the time. I loaded up the game today after updating it which added marketplace stuff.

The DLC packs keep repopulating on the screen, when I go into the gallery to save a household or build to my library IT FREEZES UP!!! I can’t exit out of it. I can’t backspace. I have to close the game entirely and reboot it. Its so sad that my favorite game I’ve played for my whole life thus far has gone to trash. Even after rebooting it it’s still not working. I just can’t use the gallery until y’all fix this mess.

I play on Xbox

Hey same but I also can't save to gallery the household just won't show up.

I play on Xbox and just had this problem. I was searching farm style builds on the gallery. I clicked on one for a better look and then it froze. I couldn't exit the gallery. I couldn't click on anything. Just had to force exit the game using the Xbox logo on my controller.
