Constant Fires loop (even with Fireguard upgrade)

Every time I load my household, a fire starts immediately. I've always used the fireplace in this specific spot without issues, but this started happening right after the last update. It has made the game unplayable.

Important Detail: My fireplace is fully upgraded with the Fireguard, which should prevent fires, but it ignites anyway.

I have attached a video of the problem.
Note: I do not use Mods or CC (Custom Content), and my game is fully updated.

In my game, a fire bug appeared, happening in several houses, out of nowhere and in unusual places. That is, far from the fire. I'm careful not to have fireplaces, barbecues, etc., because I'm terrified of these fires, and I even put alarms everywhere... Not as serious as my colleague's, but it's never good when we take good care of our Sims.
