Constant Purchased pack pop-ups. Help! :(

I’m sorry if this has been asked before but I keep having this problem since my game updated a few days ago. Whenever I initially open the game, my homepage opens up to a pop-up like when you purchase a pack. It lets me press B and move past each pack pop-up, but it without fail is every single pack I own(50+). I also get red trait boxes when I try creating sims, even though I can’t edit or change them. I play on Backbone via Cloud Gaming so I’m sure it makes it harder, but I genuinely can’t figure out how to get rid of the bug.
