content not installed message, gallery

when I try to download my own builds from the gallery they all come up the a message that the content is not installed. I have tried every fix i can think of and what google has suggested and the message still comes up. Is this a big from the new update. I don't use mods or cc and all the build are ones I have made.

Same thing is happening on console which causes the game to freeze and players having to force quit and re open the game it’s been doing this since the market place was added to console
