"Content Not Installed" message when placing lots/households from my Gallery

Since the recent patch, anytime I place a lot or a household from my Gallery in my new saves, I get the message "Content Not Installed".....but I have had some of these in my gallery for years or they've been recently created and saved in my Gallery. I never got this message until after the recent patch.
