Cow/Llama will assign to shed, but won't come out

I'm not sure if it happened when I downloaded businesses and hobbies or when I moved lots, as those happened basically at the same time, but the cow/llama will not come out of the shed now. They'll act as if they're assigned, with a greyed out option to add an animal to the shed, but none ever appears, and they remain in the household inventory.
