Crashing while traveling with teen sim to HS. Console edition ps5

Crashing while traveling with teen sim to high school. The game plays up until time to travel I've created a back up save that normally resolves issues but I haven't played in a week now everytime I try to travel with teen to HS it crashes on ps5. I have reported to Sony cause it says reported bugs but im not sure if team sends to EA and it shows the snippet
