Cuidad Enamorada doesn't load, just a white screen even in a new save

I just tried to load Cuidad Enamorada (Lovestruck EP) in an already existing save that I installed from another creator (Not sure if that matters) but just got a white screen so exited without saving and deleted the save file (just in case) and tested on a save file that I made and had the same result so I then made a new save file and encountered the exact same issue again. I was able to load Cuidad a few days ago and the only new things I've done since then is installing the save file from another creator and installing the latest kit (Autumn Apparel)! Whats going on? I have no mods or cc installed. I play on PC. This only affect Cuidad, all other worlds seems fine.

    when you tried the new save game, did you close down the game completely after having the issue with the other save ?

    No I didn't, but I have fixed the problem for my own save files now, I restored the game and it seems to have fixed it. I did move my own save files to a safe spot and tested reinstalling the save file by the creator that was broken and it seems like that was the culprit since it's still won't load Cuidad and only have a white screen. I wanted to know it that was the issue and now I know and have removed it (again) from my game. So problem solved.
