D-pad doesn't work.

I can't use d-pad down arrow to go down a floor, I can go up. When pressing down it goes up instead. So when playing and building I am dependent on having a sim on 1st floor to navigate between the floors and down after I have built roof or other floors, meaning when building I need a sim on the lot and go back and forth between live and build mode. 

Only right and left arrow works when taking photos

Can't use d-pad to navigate cas or build buy catalogue or inventory. It happened after the April update.
