Dead sim keep dying

So this been happening since last week. Some of my sim died right, and i got the notification that they are dead and it let me choose if i want to have their inventory deleted or have it on them as a ghost. I clicked delete their inventory. And it's done.

But everytime i opened the game that notification keep coming. The same exact sims is dead, again and again. Like, didn't they just died? Why are they dead again. I thought it was nothing so i ignore it. But at this point I'm just annoyed.

I play multiple households rotationally and this happens to me too, especially if they're related. I will keep getting the prompt until I play the household that created the prompt. That's when the Grim Reaper visits and the inventory is moved to the household inventory or deleted. Any prompt response is ignored until the household is played, even if a family member visits from the active household. When visited, the Sim that died will still be alive until the household is played. For now I just play the household that caused the prompt, let the Sim die, then go back to playing the other household. This seems to have started with Life & Death.
