Dead sims are not greyed out in the relationship panel/Family tree

Having this issue on Mac (no mods). It's two issues for me:

Dead sims sporadically not greyed out in relationship panel / family tree. (They ARE greyed out when you Open Profile)
Reborn sims' original (dead) sims always show as alive & cause of death missing in family tree

classybananasala this is EXACTLY the problem I have. Sometimes sims look "dead" / greyed out, and sometimes they look alive, it's random. When you click on them though it will always show them as greyed out. But on the relationship panel & family tree, they look alive.
