This is still happening. I killed two sims today, send them to netherworld and they were displayed correctly in the family tree at first. Then I saved and reload. Still good. Again and fine. BUT then I reloaded the exactly same save file again and boom! They were both appearing allive in the tree. I then tried reload two more times but they still appear as alive unfortunately.
