Dead sims are not greyed out in the relationship panel/Family tree

I have the same problem, could "souve it" by moving the family to an empty lot, after 3 deaths it started again, then I move them again, another death sucessful, then the bug comes again, and it repeats. I was able to make the family tree I wanted, but had to move the family every time the bug appeared. it happens the most with the main "caputo" family from the save below.
