Some of these threads are set to needs info cause that's the status the old thread had.
In 99.9% of cases, needs info means needs saves. Just send your saves to EA. If they needs something else, they'll tell you :D

crinrict sorry to tag you again, I know there are new adventure awaits bug reports to contend with but I've never actually sent a save file to EA, I've looked through the official post with information on how to do so but I realized I don't know who to send it to, is there a particular members of the sims team I should PM it to?

Usually it's the person who asked for the saves but EA_Solaire is fine (at least as of today, things can always change over the years) :D
