Dead sims are not greyed out in the relationship panel/Family tree

I have no mods and have never used them on this pc. Dead Sims on the family tree are no longer greyed out, no matter how many reloads, and it is through all of the save files not just one. Half of my...

Some of these threads are set to needs info cause that's the status the old thread had. 

In 99.9% of cases, needs info means needs saves. Just send your saves to EA. If they needs something else, they'll tell you :D
