Dec Bug fix not fixing

The December Bug Fix did not fix things!  My sim 4 characters are still showering in their underwear, cannot skinny dip- so I am annoyed and would like to have this fixed please!  This problem was listed among many other issues (some of which I had experienced) and am grateful you are trying keep up on bugs. Am I the only one who has this missing fix?  Can I re install the update somehow? Please help. Thank you, Willowbend
