Not, this isn't about zooming but panning around and specific to the career.

There's another thread for zooming in basements in gameplay currently: Basement camera won't zoom in | EA Forums - 12008179

Don't know what's up with that.

There was an older bug report for Larry's Lagoon specifically here: [DU] Can't fully zoom in on basement level at Larry's Lagoon. Sound is muffled. | EA Forums - 11586517
