Hi, I have a problem with The Sims 4.
My expansion packs and kits show as purchased and installed in the EA App, but in game they are grayed out and not working. I already tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache, removing mods, and repairing the game, but nothing worked.
Can you please check if my DLC licenses are correctly activated on my account?
I am having the same problem it's so annoying. Idk if I should ask for a refund or just wait till it's hopefully fixed
I am having the same issue with Discover University. I bought it via EA (HUGE MISTAKE) and now it won't run work or allow me to install it. I claims I own the game, which I do. I have the receipts to prove it. Yet, EA being the shady company they are, will not allow the expansion to run, online or offline. I cannot reinstall the game, will not allow me. Although I owe it. Typical EA company MO. Will they fix the issue? Possibly not, that's not what EA does. Here is hoping they try to fix it.
