So when you enter create a sim and then back out then transform into human sim their model breaks. this dlc needs a fix ASAP, i believe it started happening with the recent update too, i also saw muc...

Werewolf/Vampire Sims will swap to occult form and vice-versa after the animation instead of before or during.
